In the summer of 2013, BrownTrout Publishers acquired Wyman Publishing. This partnership has helped Wyman expand their calendar line and area of distribution, while maintaining Wyman's distinct look and its Canadian roots.
Wyman Publishing produced their first calendar in 1976 – that calendar was Ottawa. Today, our Wyman office still situated in Carleton Place, Ontario produces close to 200 calendar titles with the same 39 year Wyman commitment to sourcing the best photography and creating eye-catching impactful designs. Our longtime customers will notice the expanded line of square walls and French language calendars. Wyman’s Canadian themed calendars, including our line of Canadian Geographic calendars are a photographic tour of Canada from Nunavut to Niagara Falls, St. John’s to Victoria. From serious subjects like Hubble Space Telescope to the drama of Coronation Street, we look forward to providing you with calendars that delight and inspire our retailers and their customers. Wyman is committed to sustainability. Our wall calendars are printed on Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper from managed forests and are printed with soy- and vegetable-based inks, which are less harmful to the environment than petroleum-based alternatives. We embrace a digital workflow to reduce paper use and recycle all overstock or out-of-date products.
